In just about a month with Noah as a trainer, I have already lost weight and feel stronger! He has also been very understanding and attentive to exercises that cause pain (due to prior injuries) and always has a new plan in place while still pushing me to accomplish my goals. Would highly recommend

Fifth session. Moving along better than I expected. Progressing more rapidly and I'm liking it! Noah makes you challenge yourself without knowing it. Looking bavk after each session, I couldn't believe how far I've progressed. Not only weight wise, but stamina and overall muscle tone. Keep it up Noah! Thx
